Port Huron, MI…Welcome the New Year with less stress! Join Danni Spresser, LMSW, ACSW, of Catholic Charities, as she explores the reasons why it is important for seniors to find healthy ways to deal with stress. The tips and techniques she will discuss are designed to help seniors, 55 years of age and older, cope with the daily stresses and changes associated with aging. “What About You? Remembering to Take Care of Yourself!" is an engaging program in a series of Healthy Aging programs developed specifically for area seniors.
This event will be held Wednesday, January 15, beginning at 2 p.m., in the St. Joseph Mercy Hospital Baggot Street Café (cafeteria). This FREE program includes refreshments and an opportunity to share social time.
