ST. JOSEPH MERCY INVITES LOCAL SENIORS TO LEARN NEW WAYS
TO COPE WITH STRESS

Port Huron, MI...Welcome the New Year with less stress! Join Danni Spresser, LMSW, ACSW, of Catholic Social Services, as she explores tips and techniques designed to help seniors, 55 years of age and older, cope with the daily stresses and changes associated with aging. "Coping: How to Keep the Golden Years Shiny and Bright" is an engaging program in a series of Healthy Aging programs developed specifically for area seniors.

This event will be held Wednesday, January 16, beginning at 2 p.m., in the St. Joseph Mercy Hospital Baggot Street Café (cafeteria). This FREE program includes refreshments and an opportunity to share social time.

To RSVP to attend this important event, call: 1-888-MERCYME (1-888-637-2963).

Additional seminars are currently being planned with programs designed to help seniors maintain both their physical and mental health. Look for more information as these programs become available.
