ST. JOSEPH MERCY INVITES LOCAL SENIORS TO “GET YOUR BODY MOVING”
Port Huron, MI…St. Joseph Mercy is pleased to announce it will host a Healthy Aging seminar designed specifically with seniors in mind. Join St. Joseph Mercy Occupational Therapist Steve McMahan as he explores entertaining tips and techniques designed to increase activity and mobility for seniors 55 years of age and older. “Get Your Body Moving” is an engaging program and the fifth in a six-month series of programs developed specifically for area seniors.
“Get Your Body Moving” will be held on Wednesday, May 16, beginning at 2 p.m., in the Baggot Street Café (Cafeteria), St. Joseph Mercy Hospital, located at 2601 Electric Avenue, Port Huron. These free programs include refreshments and an opportunity to share social time.
