Parking
Free parking is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. A designated senior parking area is located in the lot adjacent to the hospital's west entrance.
Cell Phones
Cellular phone usage is only permitted in the main lobby, cafeteria and vending areas of the hospital's main floor. Guest services telephones, for local calls, are available near the Emergency Room waiting area, and next to the Automatic Teller Machine (ATM) across from the Mercy Gift Shoppe.
Chapel
The Chapel, located on the second floor is always open for prayer and reflection. Catholic Mass is celebrated each Tuesday, at 11:30 a.m. Everyone is welcome.
Gift Shop
Volunteers staff the Mercy Gift Shoppe, located on the main floor. The shop is open seven days a week and offers gifts, magazines, greeting cards, candy, toiletries, flowers, plants and much more.
Outpatient Pharmacy
Whether you need a prescription filled, an over-the-counter medication or the advice of a qualified pharmacist, the Mercy Outpatient Pharmacy can meet your needs. The pharmacy is located near the main entrance and is open Monday through Friday, 8:45 a.m. to 5 p.m. Dial-in prescription services are available by calling 810-966-3140. Medication home delivery is also available for a nominal fee.
Lost & Found
Lost articles are turned into the Safety and Security Office, located in the Emergency Room lobby. While the hospital is not responsible for lost items, security keeps the items for 30 days and makes every attempt to return them. To inquire about a lost article, please call 810-985-1500, and request ext. 2088.
Smoking
To elevate the health status of our community, smoking is not permitted anywhere on the St. Joseph Mercy Hospital campus.
Wi-Fi Service Available
St. Joseph Mercy Hospital offers access to wireless internet service to meet your electronic media needs. Look for an informational display, located within the cafeteria, for details and activation information.
