St. Joseph Mercy Oakland To Present Talk On Lung Health At Great Lakes Crossing Outlets
Talk Commemorates Lung Cancer Awareness Month
Pontiac, Mich.—St. Joseph Mercy Oakland (SJMO) will host a free Lung Health talk as part of its commemoration of November as Lung Cancer Awareness Month Tuesday, Nov. 13 at 8:30 a.m. at Great Lakes Crossing Outlets (in the Rainforest Café), 4000 Baldwin Rd., Auburn Hills. The event is open to the public.
Speakers will be: James Caralis, DO, SJMO Cardio-Thoracic Surgeon, and Rajan Krishnan, MD, SJMO Hematologist/Oncologist. Attendees will learn:
How healthy lungs function
How to protect your lungs and keep them healthy
Warning signs of lung disease, including cancer
New treatment options for lung cancer and other diseases
