Saint Joseph Mercy Brighton Rehabilitation is located in Brighton, MI at St. Joseph Mercy Brighton Health Center (formerly known as the Woodland Health Center). Our staff includes licensed Physical Therapists (certified in both hand therapy and Lymphedema), Occupational Therapists, Physical Therapy assistants, rehab technicians and clerical staff. We treat a wide variety of orthopedic and sports medicine conditions, back/spine issues, lymphedema, vestibular disorders, hand injuries (including custom splinting) and neurological conditions such as stroke.
We also offer a Step Down program for those patient's who have graduated from their skilled therapy program and desire a maintenance program on their own schedule.
