NUTRICARE FITNESS is an ongoing support class for people wanting to participate in an all-inclusive weight management program that focuses on:
·Nutrition
·Exercise
·Lifestyle Changes
The classes are lead by a Registered Dietitian, Social Worker and an Exercise Specialist. You will build a resource binder of tools and participate in group exercise.

FEE: $120 for 12 classes + $20 registration fee (includes class materials)
