Description   This FREE ORIENTATION SESSION for the SHAPEDOWN Weight Management Program for Children and Teens is offered in advance of each 10 week series.

Learn together as a family how healthy eating, an active lifestyle and effective communication promote healthy weight and family well-being. Program includes weekly group classes led by a social worker, registered dietitian and exercise specialist.

SPRING SHAPEDOWN WEEKLY SERIES is offered:
Monday 6:15 - 8:30 pm
April 15 - June 10

The ShapeDown Weight Management Program may be covered in part by certain insurances. Scholarships available.
