FREE ORIENTATION SESSION for the SHAPEDOWN Weight Management Program for Children and Teens offered in advance of each 10 week series.
Learn together as a family how healthy eating, an active lifestyle and effective communication promote healthy weight and family well-being. Program includes weekly group classes led by a social worker, registered dietitian and exercise specialist.
