Like most other cancers, coping with prostate cancer can be overwhelming. The Prostate Cancer Support Group at St. Joseph Mercy Hospital Ann Arbor is a self-help group for men who have experienced prostate cancer.
At each meeting, men can:
- share their experiences in a confidential setting
- learn more about prostate cancer and treatment options, and
- exchange information about how to deal with prostate cancer and its complications.
A specific topic is presented at each meeting, with plenty of time for questions, answers and discussion.
