Ane McNeil named Regional Chief Human Resource Officer
of Saint Joseph Mercy Health System
ANN ARBOR, Mich. – (Aug. 14, 2014) – Ane McNeil has been appointed regional chief human resource officer for Saint Joseph Mercy Health System, effective July 7. In this role, she will lead the human resources function across all six of its hospitals in southeast Michigan.
For the past two years, McNeil has served as vice president of human resources at St. Joseph Mercy Oakland in Pontiac. Some of her major contributions in this capacity include leading the redesign of the hospital's new timekeeping and Human Resources Information System database as well as developing a recruitment initiative focused on creating a better experience for all employees.
Prior to joining St. Joseph Mercy Oakland in 2005, she served as human resources manager for automotive fleet solutions provider QEK Global Solutions in Warren, Mich. In that role, she developed and managed the training and development programs for all U.S. employees as well as the talent recruitment and selection process, among other human resources initiatives.

McNeil holds a bachelor's degree in human resource development with a minor in labor and employment relations from Oakland University.
