Saint Joseph Mercy Health System provides home health care in Ann Arbor and surrounding areas, including Washtenaw, Wayne, Jackson, Lenawee, Monroe and Livingston counties. Our home health care services help individuals with short-term medical needs by providing periodic skilled services, which allows patients with chronic health problems to remain at home. Patients who are recovering from surgery, acute illness or injury are often eligible for services.
Our home health care program is supported by a broad range of specialists, including registered nurses, medical social workers, physical therapists, occupational therapists, speech and language pathologists, home health aides, wound/ostomy/continence specialists, pediatric practitioners and cardiac nurses. Our services meet the highest medical standards and are certified by the Joint Commission of Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations. We also belong to the Michigan Home Health Association.
